TENDER NO. 85/E-33/06-2668 ( PROVISION OF OIL & GAS TRAINING SEMINAR)

NATIONAL IRANIAN DRILLING COMPANY ( NIDC) a wholly subsidiary of the NATIONAL IRANIAN OIL COMPANY (NIOC) intends to hold Training Seminar for its operational personnel outside of Iran through general tender and contract award to an international well-known contractor. In the light of above and for the purpose of receiving the Electronic Tender Documents files, the interested local and foreign bidders may obtain set of Bidding Documents which is containing the proposed contract terms and conditions by sending their formal applications along with company’s name , activities and e-mail to the NIDC’s Contract Department , Ahvaz –Iran , Fax: (0098 611) 4443795 or E-mail: ahkarimi@nidc.ir.

It is worthy to add that:
1- Tenderes should be able to provide tender guarantee & good performance guarantee ( for winner contractor ) according to the NIDC’s requirements as mentioned in the tender documents.
2- The anticipated seminar duration will be 15 days.
3- The seminar should be provided in Europe at the central training facilities of an international well-known company which is engaged in the performance of the oil & gas industry.
4- Tenderer shall be required to provide written attestation proving that its company has specific policy statement at senior and operational levels, proportionate to the subject contract, reflecting management commitment to Health , Safety and Environment protection.
5- Tenders should be submitted in three separated sealed Envelopes marked “ A”, “B” and “C” , Envelope “A” should contain Tender Guarantee , Envelope “B” should contain commercial proposal and envelope “C” containing technical proposal of Tenderer.
6- The National Iranian Drilling Company shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all of the tender(s) received , in whole or in part at its sole discretion and without any explanation .
