INVITATION TO INTERNATIONAL TENDER
TENDER NO. 85/SP-33/06-2546
(Extension of the Tender Validity up to 15-11 -2006)

1- Lease
2- Lease with purchase option of one Offshore Jack –Up Drilling Rig
3- Purchase Option only (Terms and Conditions to be offered by Seller)

National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) a wholly owned subsidiary of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) intends to lease , lease with purchase option or purchase one or two Offshore Jack – Up Drilling Rig( Triangular – Cantilever Type suitable for 300 ft of water depth and 20.000 ft of drilling depth in Persian Gulf- Iranian territory ) through general tender and award the execution of the requested services to an international well known offshore drilling Contractor( Item 1 & 2 are our priority)
The charter duration will be two years and will be started no later than April 15,2007.
Starting from today and up to the 14th of November , the interested local and foreign Bidders may obtain set of Bidding Documents which is containing the proposed contract terms and conditions and the rig’s technical specification by sending their formal application to the NIDC’s Contract Department Manager –Ahwaz. Iran.

The Tender Documents Delivery will be subject to the applicant request , either emailed to the applicant email address or delivered through NIDC’s Contract Department –Room 122 which is located at the beginning of MIS Road , Kooyee Mellat –Ahwaz .Iran
