is seeking a travel agency which will provide complex travel arrangements
for official trips of the Frontex staff and its guests.

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: It is estimated that approximately 500
individual trips per year are to be arranged, mostly within Europe of
approximate value of EUR 500 000.

travel costs incurred by the contractor and the contractor's fee will be
paid in 30 days from receipt of the invoice by Frontex.

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
The eligibility criteria per Article 93 of the Financial Regulation must
be met and confirmed by recent certificates issued by the competent State
authority. Details are given in the tender dossier.
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities
necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
Balance sheets or an excerpt from a financial audited report for years
2004 and 2005 must be provided; bank statement must be attached.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
Annual turnover in 2004 and 2005 must be a minimum of EUR 500 000. Cash or
access to a credit line of minimum EUR 150 000 must be documented.

evaluating if requirements are met:
Reference letters from corporate clients of comparable travel needs;
information on the current number of staff.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
Minimum 5 reference letters confirming good performance. The tenderer must
employ at least 10 professional travel agents.
