INVITATION TO INTERNATIOANL TENDER
TENDER NO. 85/SP-33/06-25 46
(EXTENSION OF THE TENDER VALIDITY UP TO 1-11-2006)

LEASE AND LEASE WITH PURCHASE OPTION OF ONE OFFSHORE JACK –UP DRILLING RIG
National Iranian Drilling Company ( NIDC) a wholly owned subsidiary of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) intends to lease or lease with purchase.
Option of one offshore jack –Up Drilling Rig ( Triangular –Cantlever Type sultable for 300 ft of water depth and 5000 meters of drilling depth in Persian Gulf-Iranian territory) through general tender and award the execution of the requested services to an international well known offshore drilling Contractor. the charter duration will be two years and will be started no later than April 15,2007.
Starting from today and up to the 28th October , the Interested local and foreign Bidders may obtain set of Bidding Documents which is containing the proposed contract terms and conditions and the rigs technical specification by submission of written application and deposition of a non-refundable fee of
US $ 1000,00 ( one thousand Dollars ) to the following NIDC s bank account. Bank Mellat – Ahwaz Central branch Account No.74015
