Kiosks: Deli ordering

This is a Sources Sought Notice for planning purposes only. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking sources interested in providing commissary deli ordering Kiosks. These Kiosks will provide customers the ability to place their deli orders and access marketing information. Kiosks are to be used as an island, stand-up or flush to wall mount style. Kiosk cabinets will have capability for marketing attachments and be provided with an exterior marketing package at initial deployment. Kiosks must have the following self contained hardware/software features:
(1) Minimum 15 inch infrared touch Screen
(2) Minimum 1 GHz processor
(3) Minimum 1024 Mb memory
(4) Minimum 40 GB hard drive
(5) Integrated printer that provides order pick-up and recipe information.
(6) Deli Service counters Printer programmed with order pick-up information using wired and/ or wireless technology.
(7) System can support multiple printers
(8) Windows XP operating System
(9) Software supports marketing applications: logos, pictures, cross-sell, up-sell, recipes, and product information.
Kiosks are to be used as an island style stand-up or flush to wall mount. This action has no relationship to any formal solicitation. This is for informational purposes only at this time. Interested firms that can meet the generic requirements set forth above are requested to submit responses in writing, along with business size, within 30 days of publication of this notice to the Defense Commissary Agency, Contracting Business Unit Equipment Operation Division CBU DOAE (BOB STUYCK) 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
