The Defense Commissary Agency requests quotes to furnish Mobile Slicer Tables, for the following commissaries: quantity 2 for Quantico MCB 22134, quantity 2 for Buckley AFB CO 80011, quantity 5 for San Diego CA 92136. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is 100 small business set aside and will be issued on or about August 31, 2006 and will close on or about September 11, 2006. NAICS code is 333999. All requests for this RFQ must be in writing and include the requestor's name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, DUNS number, CAGE Code, and solicitation number. Requests shall be addressed to The Defense Commissary Agency, Directorate of Operations Acquisition Equipment DOAE (Robert Stuyck), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801-1800. Requests VIA fax will be accepted at (804) 734-8886. E-mail requests will be accepted at robert.stuyck@deca.mil. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
