Bosnia and Herzegovina has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Solid Waste Management Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Equipment for Improved Waste Collection. The J.P. "DEP-OT" Banja Luka now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of:

• Lot 1: Roll-off tipper with telescope hydraulic crane - 1 piece
• Lot 2: Plastic containers for separate waste collection of glass, metal, paper and plastic - 200 pieces

• Lot 3: Public waste containers - 50 pieces

Bidders may bid for one, two or all three lots under this invitation. The bids for each lot will be evaluated separately and separate contract will be awarded to the bidder(s) offering the lowest evaluated total price for each lot.

Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (edition May 2004) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the J.P. “DEP-OT” Banja Luka at the address below during office hours (from 0900 until 1700 CET). A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200 BAM or 100 Euro. The method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account:

The documents will be sent by by mail/DHL/ or could be picked up at the address below, against the receipt for payment on Purchacer's account.

All bids must be accompained by a bid security for each lot as follows:

6.000 BAM for Lot 1
3.500 BAM for Lot 2
1.500 BAM for Lot 3

or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and be delivered to the address below by 1200 CET on October 17, 2006. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected.
