III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Prospective
service providers shall provide:
-a list of all operational leases entered into with, or on behalf of,
local authorities/other organisations pursuant to Regulation 20 of the
Local Authority (Capital Finance) Regulations 1997, SI No. 319, during the
past 2 years with sums, dates and recipients of the services provided;
-copies of audited accounts for the previous 2 financial years;
-a statement of the tenderer’s turnover in respect of operational leases
for the previous 2 financial years;
-tenderer’s will be expected to supply, along with tender submissions, a
copy of the tenderer’s documentation but may be requested to use the
lessee’s leasing agreement.
III.3) CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO SERVICES CONTRACTS
