SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION

Medicines, multi dose and pharmaceutical inspection.

Purchase.
Main place of delivery: Våler, Åsnes, Grue, Kongsvinger, Eidskog, Sør-Odal
and Nord-Odal municipalities, Norway.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Regionalt
innkjøp i Glåmdal would like tenders for the delivery of medicines to
municipal institutions, doctors' surgeries and home based services in
Våler, Åsnes, Grue, Kongsvinger, Eidskog, Sør-Odal and Nord-Odal
municipalities.
Multi dose and pharmaceutical inspection shall be offered as an option.

Description of these options: The contract shall be for 3 years with an
option for an extension of 1 + 1 year.
Multi dose and pharmaceutical inspection are options which individual
municipalities can include.
II.3) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME-LIMIT FOR COMPLETION: Duration in
months: 2 (from the award of the contract).
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Legal
position – means of proof required:
(1) Attestations for registry in trade registers as set out in the laws of
the country where the supplier is registered.
(2) Company Registration Certificate.
(3) HSE - For work being carried out in Norway, the authority shall
request that all suppliers produce a statement that the supplier fulfils,
or at the time of the contract award, will fulfil, legal requirements in
Norway within health, safety and security (HSE). This requirement is not
present for supplies contract and direct purchases.
(4) VAT Certificate.
(5) Tax Certificate.
