This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposal that is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N68836-06-T-0127 is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation is 100 set aside for small business NAICS Code: 451140 Size standard: 6.5 MIL. Item 0001: Piccolo, all wood body with sterling silver keys, (5) Ea, mfg by: Haynes Item 0002: Keyboard Mixing Amp, 60 Watts 12 speaker and piezo tweeter, (12 EA), Model: KC-150, mfg by: Roland Item 0003: Stand Light, Led Design uses 3-AAA batteries, (500 EA), Model: Maestro, Mfg by: Q-Lighting. No substitutions will be allowed. Shipping to be FOB: Destination Only. Please state estimated shipping time.
