The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Motion Control Systems, Inc. (MCS), New River Industrial Park, PO Box 115, New River, VA 24129 on a sole source basis for five (5) each Diagnostics Kits. These diagnostics kits are for a specific motor and its associated controller assembly that incorporate design elements that are proprietary to MCS. The government does not possess the rights in data for the motor and controller assemblies that would be required for any other contractor to provide these diagnostics kits. A firm-fixed-price order is anticipated. Award will be based on the written quotation. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity-Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. Anticipated award date will be on or about July 17, 2006. NAICS Code 334515 applies. FSC is 6625. SBA Size Standard is 500 Employees.
