This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2EMMT6132A100 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The delivery time will be 20 July 2006. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-09. This acquisition is to be 100 set aside and awarded to SB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333513. The SB size standard for this code is 500 employees. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: QTY: 1 Each, Magnum Precision Machines Model AD-E 30160 Hydraulic Press Brake, Non-graphic 10 X 176 tons, 165L X 83W X 106H, Horsepower: 20/Oil Tank Capacity: 39.6 Gal or equal. CLIN 0002: Qty 1 Each, Versatile tool package, 4-Vee Die (.625/88-.866/88-1.37/85-1.96/85) Gooseneck Punch (.030R/75) U-Shaped Die Holder (60mm/.236) CLIN 0003: Qty 1 Each, Sliding Front Sheet Support (quickset style) or equal. CLIN 0004: Qty 1 Each, Rigging, for placement of product to designated area of use CLIN 0005: Qty 1 Each, Installation, software with assembly, and training of personnel designated for use. All items shall be delivered FOB DESTINATION to Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
