The following Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued for a 2006 Pontiac GTO to be delivered to Beale Air Force Base, California. This procurement is unrestricted. Any resultant contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Government requires delivery of the GTO at the earliest possible date after contract award. Therefore, the Government reserves the right to award one or none of the line items to any offeror. The Government also reserves the right to award any contract at a price that is not the lowest offer in order to receive earlier delivery. The Government will also rate black leather interior higher than blue leather however, this factor is of significantly less importance than delivery date. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be considered for award. Offerors can register at http://www.ccr.gov. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 441110. Standard Industry Code is 5511 . The size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, for this procurement is 500 Employees. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. Quotes are due to the address, fax, or email identified below by 2:00pm (PST) Thursday, 29 June 2006. The successful offeror, or offerors, will be required to complete FAR 52.212-3 Alt 1 and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act--Balance of Payments Program Certificate (both documents will be sent to successful offeror to complete and submit prior to contract award).
