The government shall purchase the following Headsets thirty-six (36) TCI Liberator II Tactical Headset, seventy-two (72) TCI JTAC/TACP PRC-117 or Legacy PRC Radio Interface Cable L2 JTAC 117.24s, thirty-six (36) TCI JTAC/TACP Remote Radio Interface Extension L2 JTAC Ext. 144s, thirty-six (36) TCI JTAC/TACP Communications Package Nato Adapter L2 JTAC NATO 1.1, and thirty-six (36) TCI M.A.S.T. Antenna Package for JTAC/TACP Communication Package- L2 JTAC Mast-Pkg. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 334220, size standard not to exceed 750 employees. This solicitation is a 100 set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if the small business set-aside is dissolved. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). In order to submit an offer, return completed solicitation to the 2nd Contracting Squadron, Attn: 2Lt. Rachel Turner, 841 Fairchild Ave Ste 205, Barksdale AFB, LA 71110-2271 no later than 2:00 p.m. on June 26, 2006.
