This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation proposals are being requested. Solicitation number F3H2B16143A100 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently unavailable. This is an end of year (EOY) purchase and quotes must be good till 30 September 2006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This procurement is set aside 100 for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311. The business size standard is 500 employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 1 Isochronal inspection stand for the left and right wing, dimensions: 60L x 8.33 W x 9.75 H. Stand constructed for the left and right wing must be in three separate parts. These stands will be used in the inspection process of all RC-135V, RC-135W, TC-135W, TC-135S, OC-135B, WC-135C, WC-135W, RC-135U, and RC-135S aircraft at Offutt AFB, NE.
