Maintenance and Repair of Aircraft Hangar Doors, Offutt AFB, NE. The scope of this project consists of providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain and repair aircraft hangar doors at Offutt AFB, NE, in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation of the doors. The estimated performance period is 1 October 2006-30 September 2007 4 Option Years. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. Please submit your request including your mailing address, phone/fax number, and a contact person to theresa.hess@offutt.af.mil or by fax to 402-294-4069. Phone requests will not be accepted. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award.

THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION IS PROCESSED UNDER SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE
The estimated release date of the solicitation is set for 6 June 2006. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks after the solicitation issue date.
