Main place of delivery: Våler, Åsnes, Grue, Kongsvinger, Eidskog,
Sør-Odal, and Nord-Odal municipalities, Norway.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The awarding
authority requests tenders for the deliveries of pharmaceuticals to
municipal institutions, medical offices, and home care services in Våler,
Åsnes, Grue, Kongsvinger, Eidskog, Sør-Odal, and Nord-Odal municipalities.
Options for the deliveries of multi doze and pharmaceutical supervisions.

option for 1+1 year prolongation. Multi doze and pharmaceutical
supervision are options that can be included by each municipality.

or at the time of the contract award, will fulfil, legal requirements in
Norway within health, safety and security (HSE). This requirement is not
present for supplies contract and direct purchases.
(4) VAT Certificate.
(5) Tax Cerificate.
