The Mission and Installation Contracting - Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for End of Training (EOT) Enhancement courses (Code 42: Post-DLPT Courses) in the form of resident face-to-face classroom instructional services for military DoD linguists at the Presidio of Monterey, California (POM). The End of Training (EOT) Enhancement courses (Code 42: Post-DLPT Courses) are designed as remedial courses for sub-proficient graduates of the DLIFLC Undergraduate Education (UGE) programs whose DLPT scores have not reached the minimum graduation requirements (Listening level 2/ Reading level 2/ Speaking level 1+) in one or more of the three (3) tested proficiency skills (Reading, Listening and Speaking).

This acquisition is for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 611630, Language Services with a size standard of $7.0M. Performance period is 30 September 2013 to 29 September 2014. The contract will be a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the Best Value.
