Contract description: The objective of this contract is to increase the institutional capacity of the 'Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK)' along with its central and local organisations which provide training and consultancy services in order to increase the adaptability of tradesmen and craftsmen by strengthening the competencies of employees and employers of SMEs. Throughout the implementation of the contract the consultant will conduct activities such as training needs analysis, draft training programmes, cover activities which focus on the improvement of the capacities of the TESK local and central organisation, deliver training for different groups, deliver on the job learning, carry out software development activities, organise seminars, workshops, awareness-raising activities, and study visits. 8.
