II.2) Type of contract and place of delivery or of performance Service category No 25: Health and social services NUTS code UKE13 II.3) Information on framework agreement The notice involves the establishment of a framework agreement: no II.4) Short description of nature and quantity or value of supplies or services: The North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Council and Care Trust Plus, wishes to commission a project entitled “Building Choice and Releasing Community Capacity”. This development is part of the partners strategic intent to work with communities and community led organisations to build strong community owned resources that fit with local strategy and national policy intent. The project will support the local strategic intent to facilitate the creation of independently sustainable universal and preventative services that are built on the concept of “releasing capacity” in communities. We are not asking organisations to apply for this contract at this stage, it is not a formal invitation to tender, it is a soft market dialogue to help inform an appraisal of the options open to us. This is an advance information. Notice, that gives organisations time to make preparations before details of any potential contract opportunities are advertised. What you need to do now: — If you are interested in applying for this potential contract opportunity, we advise you to register on the etendering portal now (SCMS - supplier contract management system). You will receive an email alert when a contract notice for this or any contract is published. Registration is free. To sign up on our e-tendering system you must follow these steps: (a) register your company via (b) await acceptance (c) express your interest for this contract if it is of interest to your company (d) if interested in being involved in the soft market testing, complete the short questionnaire ‘your details and information’ and submit via upload to SCMS before the deadline of Noon on 14.2.2012. We will be conducting some soft market testing within a specified time frame, asking those interested in participating for a date and time slot to discuss the options for this exercise.
