1. Issuance of Bid Documents June 11 to 29, 2010 up to 9:00am
2. Pre-bidding Conference June 15, 2010
3. Submission of Bids Until 9:00 A.M. of June 29, 2010
4. Opening of Bids 10:00 A.M. of June 29, 2010

Prospective bidders should posses a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed an airport horizontal project and similar contract with a value at least 50% of the ABC within the last 5 years and have key personnel and equipment available for the prosecution of the contract.

The Bid Documents/Forms will be made available at Unit 65, The Columbia Tower Bldg., Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City, upon submission of a Letter of Intent (written in the company letterhead duly signed by the owner/authorized managing officer), certified true copy of updated PCAB License and payment of a non-refundable amount of P50,000.00 to the DOTC Cashier.

The DOTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor defects and accept the offer most advantageous to the Government. The DOTC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
