Construction of Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Administrative Base Building, Abilene Regional Airport (ABI), Abilene, Texas. Contractors previously requesting DTACE-09-R-29064 need not respond to this announcement, names will be automatically transferred to this solicitation. Successful contractor shall have demonstrated experience in concrete slip forming construction technology. Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment to complete work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. ATCT to be constructed on 3.26 acres; located 150' North and 600' East of existing ATCT. Facility consists of a nominal 9,000 sq ft 1-story building, and a cast in place concrete shaft tower. The overall facility height shall not exceed 157 feet. The "eye level" AGL elevation of the cab floor is required to be not less than 120 feet above ground level.
