Tenders are invited for Emergency Transport Billing and Management Services Scope of Services Seminole County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified Agencies to provide Emergency Medical Services ( EMS ) Billing and Collection Management Services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Proposer must be primarily engaged in the business of providing medical collection and billing services for ambulance transport providers. 2. Proposers must have a comprehensive understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance and HMO companies rules, regulations and procedures as they relate to operations in the State of Florida. 3. Proposers must have a proven record of having provided this service to other ambulance transport providers. Size and diversity shall be a consideration. 4. Proposers must be currently engaged in the business of medical collection and billing services with a minimum of five (5) years experience.
