Doel van de aanneming:

De aanneming bestaat uit het plaatsen en verhuren van:

— containers met inhoud van 10 m³, 15 m³, 20 m³ en 30 m³ (voor banden, aarde vermengd met steenpuin, ijzer, aluminium, wit- en bruingoed, restafval, groenafval, asbest, vertrouwelijk papier);

— box op pallet tussen 600 liter en 800 liter, al dan niet met inbegrip van afsluitbaar deksel (voor diverse afvalstromen zoals gevaarlijke producten, verven, oliën, keukenresten, …), reiniging inbegrepen;

— box tussen 600 liter en 800 liter (voor TL-lampen, afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparaten (AEEA), afgedankte auto- en vrachtwagenbatterijen, afgedankte brandblustoestellen, lege spuitbussen), reiniging inbegrepen;

— rolcontainer tussen 600 liter en 1 250 liter (voor papier en karton);

— vaten van 200 liter met deksel (voor oliën, spuitbussen, …)

in 4 regieposten van de afdeling Wegen en Verkeer Vlaams-Brabant evenals het opladen en transport van de volle containers en verwerking van de afvalstromen in een erkende inrichting.

De regieposten zijn:

— D211 district Halle, Alsembergsesteenweg 49, 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw,

— D212 district Vilvoorde, Albert I-laan 275, 1800 Vilvoorde,

— D213 district Leuven, Tervuursesteenweg 308, 3060 Bertem,

— D214 district Aarschot, Nieuwrodesesteenweg 137, 3200 Aarschot.

Beschrijving der werken:

De aanneming omvat hoofdzakelijk:

— Plaatsen van lege containers, vaten en boxen voor afvalstromen op de voorziene plaatsen (regie).

— Verhuur van de containers, boxen en 200 liter vaten.

— Ophalen en transport van de volle containers naar een verwerkingsinrichting na telefonische oproep.

— Afleveren van de afvalstromen voor sortering en verdere verwerking in een erkende inrichting.

De inschrijvers tonen hun technische bekwaamheid aan met de volgende documenten:

— Een kopie van de registratie bij OVAM per afvalstroom volgens het Vlarema van 1.6.2012, het besluit van de Vlaamse Regering tot vaststelling van het Vlaams reglement betreffende het duurzaam beheer van materiaalkringlopen en afvalstoffen.

— Een kopie van geldig IHM attest — de kwaliteitsborgingssystemen, vermeld in artikel 6.1.1.4 van het besluit van de Vlaamse Regering van 17.2.2012 tot vaststelling van het Vlaams Reglement betreffende het duurzaam beheer van materiaalkringlopen en afvalstoffen — beheer Vlarema van 1.6.2012 (dit mag een printscreen zijn vanop de OVAM website).
