In het huidige perceel A wordt circa 80 % van de AOV-ritten uitgevoerd, in perceel B 20 %.Voor perceel A is een vervoerder nodig die in staat is om veel ritten per dag uit te voeren. In perceel B zitten de meest kwetsbare cliënten van het Aanvullend Openbaar Vervoer, hiervoor is een vervoerder nodig die zijn aandacht volledig aan deze groep kan besteden. Voor de nu aan te besteden opdracht verschuift het Groepsvervoer gedeeltelijk van Perceel A naar Perceel B.
