The program would support the Prefectura Municipal de São Paulo (PMSP) in its policy to revert the process of deterioration of the central area of São Paulo in order to improve the quality of life of the citizens of the municipality. It would finance works and strategic operations that would characterize themselves by its greater synergy in the process of social and economic revitalization of the area and would propose to: (a) satisfy the direct demands of the citizens who occupy or use the center for basic services, house and public goods; and (b) recover the key role that carries out the cultural identity in the historical center and social responsibilities of the citizenship in general.
