This effort consist of furnishing all labor, tools, and equipment (including scaffolding, timbers, etc.) for removing and replacing existing Hoist Cables and Governor Cables. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm fixed price contract that requires a lump sum bid. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Contractor shall complete this work during the dates of January 05, 2009 to January 12, 2009. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: The solicitation package will be issued on or about November 10, 2008 with a response date of December 10, 2008.
