The VA Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky has a requirement for the maintenance of YORK, CARRIER, and MCQUAY chillers, including all labor, material, equipment, and parts to inspect, adjust, calibrate and repair the VA owned chillers at the Leestown Road and Veterans Drive divisions. Performance period is January 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009, with three one-year option periods, to be renewed at the Government's discretion.
