Description

The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Defence (the Commonwealth), invites Tenders for the provision of Information Technology Services in support of the ANZAC Systems Program Office (ANZAC SPO) in accordance with this Request for Tender. This RFT Process is a single stage tender process with the aim of selecting a preferred supplier directly from Tenders submitted in response to an open approach to the market. Tenderers are invited to provide IT support services of both the ANZAC SPO Defence Restricted Network (ADRN) and the ANZAC SPO Unclassified Network (AUN) at 85 Chalgrove Avenue - Rockingham WA as well as the SPO's remote site locations. In broad terms, the IT Support Services are required to support 300 staff, three networks, 351 desktops, 86 laptops, 30 virtual servers, 20 Servers, 25 printers, 3 Personal Digital Assistants (PDA), Websites, plus other supporting equipment and software.

ANZAC SPO has divided its 24x7 requirements for IT Support Services into the following major task groupings:
