Sealed applications are required for preparation of Master Plan to provide modern facilities and better health for patients at Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Hospital Sukkur.
The following services are required from Consultants:
(a) The survey of present facilities and its improvement.
(b) Providing of new health facilities.
(c) Issuing of work order and its preparation.
(d) Evaluation of bids and invitations & advertisement for contracts.
(e) Preparation of bids and location of site.
(f) Supervision of work at site.
(g) Preparation of monthly progress report.
The T.R.Os for Master Plan will be available in the office of the undersigned for issue on any working day.
All interested firms / contractors are requested to submit the relevant documentation with their previous experience in the relevant field.
* Detail of previous project completed.
* Complete documentary profile of the firm along with office address and phone numbers.
* C.V of responsible technical persons with proper qualification engaged with the firm.
* Income Tax Registration Certificate.
* PEC Registration.
All applications will be submitted in the office of the undersigned up to 18.10.2008.
