Eligibility of Tenders:
5.1) The Tendes shall be development / Manufacture / Authorized dealer / distribution / Reseller / Bonafide supplier having minimum 5 years of overall business experience and at least 3 (three) years specific experience of supplying installing, commissioning, operating of similar goods and providing support service to different organization / bank in Bangladesh in multi users environment.
Must have strong presence and support office in Dhaka City with well equipped service cell manned by adequately qualified technical personal for maintenance and support for the proposed Goods and Service, Preference will be given for such office in other major cities in Bangladesh. Floating or home address shall not be considered as established office.
Package A: The Participating company may offer proposal for the item in any or all lots / Group of this package and must quote all the item in that / those lot(s) / group(s). Evaluation will be done Lot / Group by Lot / Group basis and contract will also awarded Lot/Group by lot/Group basis. Partial offer for an lot group will not be accepted.
Package - B: The participating company intend to offer proposal for lot / group-1 must offer proposals for lot / group-2 but need to offer proposal for lot group 3. in the that case evaluation will be done companying both the lost group and lowest evaluated tender will be evaluated.
The participating company may offer Proposals for lot / group-2 and lot group3 separately or partial offer for any lot / group will be accepted.
The participating company may offer proposal for both the package also following the above mentioned condition.
The officers should have validity for at least 120 (one hundred and twenty) day from the date of opening the tender.
