Bids received will be opened immediately after closing, at the office of the Senior Assistant Secretary (Procurement), Room No. 152, First Floor of the above address and the bidder or one of his authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the occasion.
Bid documents can be obtained up to 16/10/2008 between 9.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. during working days from the Procurement Division, Room No. 150, First Floor of the above address. Bidders should furnish evidence to prove their qualification and a receipt issued by the Chief Accountant of this Ministry for the payment of Tender Fee, to obtain bid documents.
