The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION (NIA-Region XI), Bolton St., Davao City, invites interested licensed contractors with current Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) License to apply for eligibility and to bid and if later found eligible, to bid for the project described below:

Project Title : Proposed civil works contract on Lagaylay CIS
Scope of Work : Furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, technical supervision and
other services, and performing all operations necessary for the completion of the
proposed civil works contract listed below, all in accordance with the approved
plans and specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.

Certificate of Satisfactory Should be able to submit certificates of satisfactory performance
Performance from the client of the declared completed similar projects.

Net Financial Contracting At least (ABC) computed as 10 x (current asset less current Capacity
liabilities) minus (value of all on-going contracts including awarded yet
to be started)

The provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations shall govern relative to the bidding and award of contract including its implementation.

The National Irrigation Administration reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
