Note: Repair of Jeep GS- No.3282 of E.E (P) Highway Division Larkana i/c C.N.G. Kit Filling etc.

Gallop tenders are invited from the interested persons / suppliers / contractors / companies / Pre-qualified firms on B-I Form for procurement of the following works.
(1) The intended participants can purchase the separate set of tender on payment of tender fee for each work up to 15.10.2008 during office hours on production of Call Deposit. No tender will be entertained without Call Deposit.
(2) The tenders shall be opened on 17.10.2008 @ 2.00 P.M in the presence Superintending Engineer Provincial Highway Circle, Sukkur / Divisional Accounts Officer Provincial Highway Division Larkana and the undersigned as committee members and the intending contractors who wish to be present on the occasion.
Schedule of Un-Responded Tenders: 2nd: Date of issue: 25.10.2008, Date of Opening: 27.10.2008
3rd: Date of issue: 06.11.2008, Date of Opening: 07.11.2008
(3) Eligibility conditions for intending participants under PPRA 2004 are as under: -
(i) Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant field of specialization of work and to the extent of tender amount of each work.
(ii) Bio-data of Engineers and technical staff working with the firm.
(iii) Documentary evidence of works executed / works in progress and certificate of satisfactory completion of works by the employees.
(iv) List of works in progress indicating cost of each work and copy of letter of award of work.
(v) List of machinery and equipment available with documentary evidence of its ownership certificates of Bank showing credit worthiness along with Bank statement.
(4) Registration with Income Tax department (NTN Certificates) and copy of N.I.C.
(5) Under taking on affidavit that firm is not involved in any litigation or abandoned any work in the department.
(6) The bidders should submit earnest money as shown against each work in shape of call deposit prepared from the scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned.
(7) Affidavit to the effect that the Firm / Contractor have not been black listed previously by any executing agency.
(8) Affidavit with effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true and correct.
(9) In case of Firm, list of partners / Partnership Deed, giving full particulars of Directors / proprietors or others connected along with Power of Attorney. In case of being soled proprietors such undertaking on affidavit be furnished.
(10) The competent authority resources the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereon.
(11) Conditional tender will not be entertained.
(12) That list of works also can be seen on Government of Sindh website www.sindh.gov.pk.
