Request for Proposal for a Robotic Milking System

To select an original equipment manufacturer and their selected authorized dealer with the capability to supply and service a state-of-the-art Robotic Milking System for dairy cows located at the University of Guelph, Kemptville Campus, Kemptville, Ontario and in accordance with the terms of this proposal call.

Site Visit / Pre-Bidder's Conference: Attendance to one of the site visits / pre-bidder's conferences is optional, but a complete understanding of the existing configuration of the milking parlour, feeding systems, wash facilities and storage site are essential to the development of a complete and accurate proposal.

These meetings are scheduled as follows;
Dates: October 6, 2008 or October 8, 2008
Time: Viewing of Equipment - 12:00 noon to 2:30 p.m.
Question Period - 2:30 p.m.
Location: Kemptville Campus, Kemptville, Ontario

The equipment offered for trade-in will be available for viewing at this time. This will allow Bidders to view the scope and condition of the equipment.
