Off the Shelf Learning Services

The objective of this RFP is to engage a Training Broker who can supply best in class general business and/or subject-specific training courses that are owned or licensed products. These products would be available in classroom and/or online delivery formats. All OTS courses would include supplier-generated learning materials. The Corporation defines the term OTS to mean courses that would be delivered as is.

This RFP sets out the process by which a Proposer or Proposers will be identified for potential contract award or awards for a term of up to 5 years.

Canada Post Corporation intends to conduct negotiations with suppliers on this proposed procurement.
