This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for
this project which was published in EBRD website, 13.2.2008.
Enemona Utilities EAD hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser, intends
using part of the proceeds of the Kozloduy International Decommissioning
Support Fund (KIDSF), administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction
and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Contribution in the
Installation of the Natural Gas Supply System in Svilengrad and Kardjali
without Construction of High Gas Branch.
The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from suppliers for the following
contract to be funded from the above mentioned grant:
- Production and supply of related containers for 5 CNG transporters in
compliance with safety and quality standards set according ADR regulations
and the requirements of this tender documentation and the applicable
Bulgarian legislation;
- Testing of supplied equipment;
- Training of staff including safety and technical exploitation training.
- Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a grant from
the Bank is open to firms from eligible countries as of 1.8.2008, these
are: EU Members States, Switzerland and EBRD's countries of operation.
Tender documents may be obtained from the office at the address below upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of EUR 100 or equivalent in a convertible
currency. The stated amount shall be paid by bank transfer to the
following account: Enemona Utilities EAD, UBB AD, IBAN:
BG61UBBS80021422412010, BIC: UBBSBGSF. The documentation will not be
released to the Tenders without presentation of the proof of payment of
non-refundable fee.
If requested, the documents will be promptly despatched by courier, but no
liability can be accepted for loss or late delivery.
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of EUR 14 600. The
tender security should be presented in accordance with par. 14.3 of the
Instructions to Tenderers. Lack of proof for the existence of the tender
security will lead to exclusion of the tenderer from the tender
evaluation.
Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before
10.11.2008 (14:00), Sofia time, at which time they will be opened in the
presence of those tenderers' representatives who choose to attend.
A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender documents
may be inspected at the address below.
Prospective tenderers may obtain further information from, and inspect and
acquire the tender documents.
