Applications are invited from reputed Suppliers, Direct Importers, Accredited Agents, Manufacturers, etc. who wish to register themselves with this Company for the supply of under mentioned materials and services for the year 2009.
Conditions - 1) A Separate application should be sent for registration under each category. Applications, which do not comply with this requirement, will be rejected. A non refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,500.00 per category is payable by way of a Pay Order or Bank Draft issued in favour of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited or by cash and the receipt for payment/Bank draft should be attached to the application.
2) The list of registered Suppliers / Contractors for the year 2008 I presently maintained by the Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited will become non-operative from 31 December 2008
Note: Suppliers who are already registered for the year 2008, if they so desire may renew their registration by making payment for the relevant category of registration and forwarding the letter of registration Issued by AASL for year 2008.
A copy of Business Registration Certificate and details of pasl S present clientele / orders undertaken and bank references, Annual Audited Financial Reports / Bank Statements and Documentary proofs i.e Purchase Orders and invoices should be submitted with the applications, Applications, which do not comply with this requirement, will be rejected. 04. Restricted Quotations will normally be called from the list of | ed suppliers. However the Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Limited reserves Ihe right to call quotations from a short list of suppliers or from any other supplier, when it is necessary. The duly completed applications together with the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,500/= per category and marked "Registration of suppliers for the year 2009 -
Category No on the left hand corner of Ihe envelope shall be hand delivered or sent under Registered Cover to reach the address given below on or before 31st October 2008. 6) Registration Is liable to be cancelled without notice of those suppliers who fail to quote when requested or fall to execute an order on time or fail to submit samples when requested or whose supplies do not conform to specifications or differs from the approved samples.
7) Application Forms could be obtained free of charge from Office of Supplies & Stores, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake during office hours upto 3.00 p.m. on any working day upto 30th October 2008.
8) The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application for registration without assigning reasons.
