SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Tromsø
municipality shall enter into a new framework agreement for the delivery
of computer equipment.
The contract will be for all the municipality's entities/service places.
The municipality is to be seen as one customer with several delivery and
invoice addresses.
Municipal companies, arts buildings, the arts centre and other municipal
foundations will be able to use the contract.
The municipality will request goods in accordance with the tender
documents for 8 000 000 - 10 000 000 NOK per annum.
The estimated value per annum will not be binding for the municipality in
the contract period. The municipality will be able to purchase for more or
less than the estimate depending on the budget situation/technological
developments.

1. Stationary PCs, 3 different models/types
2. Laptops, 4 different models/types
3. Monitors, 5 different models/types
4. Printers, 4 different models/types
5. Thin client, 1 model/type.
