1. The S.R.Vietnam has received a Credit from the International Development Association in various currencies toward the cost of The Second Rural Energy Project. Quang Binh Rural Energy Project II Management Board on behalf of Quang Binh People's Committee, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of materials and equipment, conducted through' International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines (Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits-May 2004) as follow: Package 3/2 VTTB/QB: LV Overhead Conductors for Quang Trach and Le Thuy district.
Package 7/2 VTTB/QB: Watt-hour Metters for Quang Trach and Le Thuy District.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the Bidding Documents in English on the submission of a written Application and upon payment of a non refundable fee depending on the term of delivery at the address given below from 1 October, 2008 during office hours (8hOO-11h30. 13h30-16h30, except holidays, Saturday and Sunday).
Package 3/2 VTTB/QB: Bidding.documents' fee: 5,000,000 VND or 300 USD. Package 7/2 VTTB/QB: Bidding documents's fee: 1,600,000 VND or 100 USD.
If required, the Bidding document could be sent to the bidders by courier upon their transfer of the respective amounts plus mail fee (USD 75 abroad or VND 100,000 locally). Payments will be made in cash or through direct deposit to the bank accounts of the Purchaser:
Local currency: 3800 211 000603 at Bank for Agriculture and Rural development. Quang Binh branch.

3. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 8h30 AM (Hanoi time) on 14 November 2008. Late bids will be rejected.
