II.1.3) The notice involves: The conclusion of a framework agreement.
II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The contract
covers the following 2 sections:
(1) organising a series of training courses on the use of the main
computer tools in existence (mainly MS Office products) for staff at the
General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in Brussels;
(2) where applicable, updating said courses and providing consultancy
services with the aim of developing tailor-made IT courses and learning
methods (individual coaching, interactive methods, etc.).
The Secretariat will enter into a maximum of 3 framework contracts for an
initial 1-year period. Said contracts may be renewed for 3 further 1-year
periods. There is only 1 lot in the contract. The Secretariat reserves the
right not to award this lot. Said lot is indivisible and will be
attributed to a maximum of 3 operators on the terms to be set out in the
framework contract. The contract will run for 1 year initially, and may
then be renewed for 3 periods of 1 year.
