Sealed tenders are hereby invited on percentage basis from the approved contractors of CDA for the following works.
The tenders can be purchased on cash payment of Sl No. (1 to 3, 6-15 & 18) Rs. 500/-, SL No. 4, 5, 16 & 17 Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable/non transferable from the office of Dy. Director Maintenance-I) during any working day and time up to 01.00 PM on last date of tender sale (up to 12.30 AM on Friday).
The tenders No. 1 to 18 will be opened on the above noted date at 12.00 ‘O’ Clock by Deputy Director Maintenance-I in the offices located at Old Naval Headquarter, G-6 Markaz, IBD in the presence of contractors or their representatives.
Earnest money in the shape of call deposit in favour of Deputy Director Maintenance-I from local banks must be accompanied with the application, without call deposit on application for tender will be entertained. Cash/Cheques will not be accepted.
CDA reserves the right to acceptance or rejection of tender without assigning any reasons.
The contractors will provide the following additional documents while submitting the tender otherwise it will be liable to rejection. Power of Attorney, Partnership Deed, Programme of Work, Non Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs. 10/-, Professional Tax Certificate, Registration of the firm with the Authority.
Application for tender bearing name, addressed and signature of contractor. Valid enlistment/renewal of firm and NIC.
The contractor or their representatives must remain present at the time of opening tenders & sign the tender register otherwise earnest money will be forfeited.
