Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for Dredging - Cape Freels, NL, The dredging of 150 m3 of Class
"A" material and to be disposed of at approved site. Work to
take place at Cape Freels, NL.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 28, Item 1.9 Project/Site
Conditions of specifications before performing site inspection
or preliminary work on site.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:

With the introduction of the new Government Electronic Tendering
Service (GETS III), there are significant changes to the
standard Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
construction tenders.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms and
special instructions which are now available directly from the

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and

paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
