Tenders in sealed covers are invited for the following work from the pre-qualified contractors in category “A”, “B” & “C” of CBC for Civil Works who have deposited the standing security and registration fee for the year 2008-2009, to reach the undersigned on 09-09-2008 at 1400 hours.
General Conditions of Tenders: (1) Tender for the above mentioned work shall be submitted in sealed envelope, which will bear the name of work being tendered prominently.
(2) Percentage rate above, below or at par with the MES Schedule of Rates, 2000 (amended up to date) will be tendered or the prescribed forms, obtained from the office of Cantt Board Clifton during working hours.
(3) Prescribed tender forms may be purchased from the office of CBC on or before 08-09-2008 up to 1300 hours.
(4) Tenders shall be accompanied with prescribed Earnest Money payable in the form of pay order in the name of Cantt Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Clifton. The tenders shall also abide by all other conditions specified in the tender form.
(5) Tender with any cuttings, over writing and erasures will not be accepted. Further conditions can be seen in the office of SCE of this office.
(6) The Cantt Board/ CEO reserve the right to demand the analysis of quoted rates.
(7) Cantonment Executive Officer/ Cantonment Board Clifton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
