Sealed tenders on B-I/B-II Forms under PPRA Rules are invited from all intending Contractors for the following works:
Bank tenders can be purchased on any working day during office hours on production of call deposit of the required amount being earnest money for each work in the name of District Officer Buildings Works & Services Department Tando Allahyar on payment of tender fee as shown against each.
Tenders will be received back on 15.09.2008 and will be opened on the same day at 1.00 pm in the office of the undersigned. In case the Executive District Officer Works & Services Department Tando Allahyar, in whose presence tenders will be opened, is out of Headquarters on the date of opening of tenders, the same will be opened on the next working day.
If the tender remains un-responded on the first attempt, the next date of opening has been fixed as under:
Date of Receiving Back up to 1.00 PM. and Opening After that: 2nd Attempt: 22.9.08
3rd Attempt: 29.9.08
Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject anyone or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
