X-Ray scannable core holder for 1.5 cores, carbon fiber outer body jacket, 316ss wetted parts, 10,000 psi working pressure @100F (included down rating scale with increasing temp), 2 0.25 NPT overburden ports, 2 o25 NPT fluid ports 2 each. 2. Conversion pieces for converting 1.5 core holder (Item #1) to 1.0 core size 2 each. 3. Buna-N O-ring sets for Items #1 and #2. DELIVERY: FOB Destination is required (all freight included). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 will be used. This notice is for information purposes only. This request is considered to be sole source to TEMCO. because the CT Scanner, being used at the NETL site, uses the same core holders so that recalibration is not necessary with every scan. This allows NETL to exchange core holders without having to recalibrate, hence the work at NETL is more efficient and saves on costs. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates the firms ability to provide an equivalent as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to DE-RQ26-06NT00875 by 05:30 p.m. EST, September 15, 2008 Only FAX responses will be considered. Fax all responses to Mr. Robert Mohn at 412-386-5770.. All technical questions concerning this RFQ should be directed to Mr. Dustin McIntyre at 304-285-1374.
