INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The City Government of Pasig thru the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested suppliers / contractors to apply for eligibility screening and if subsequently found eligible to bid for the procurement of Bituminous Prime Coat & Hot Mixed Asphalt for the use of City Government of Pasig.

Approved Budget Contract P 635,520.00

Only suppliers duly registered and accredited with the City Government of Pasig may be allowed to participate in the submission of eligibility requirements.

The place of the bidding activities shall be at the office of the BAC Secretariat, 4th floor Pasig City Hall, on the following schedule.

1. Pre-Bidding Conference September 1, 2008, 10:00 A.M.
BAC Secretariat Office, 4th Flr.
Pasig City Hall.

2. Issuance of Eligibility Requirements & Bid September 1, 2008, after the
Tender Documents to Eligible Suppliers Pre-Bid Conference

3. Submission of Eligibility Requirements & September 12, 2008, 10:00 AM
Opening of Bid/ Tender Documents BAC Secretariat Office, 4th Flr.
Pasig City Hall.

All particulars relative to post-qualification/eligibility, bid security, performance security, pre-bid conference, bid opening, bid evaluation and award shall be governed by the provisions of RA 9184, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

The City Government of Pasig assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any excuse that they may incur in the preparation of their bids. The City Government of Pasig also reserves the right to reject any of all bids to waive any defects found therein and to accept the bid most advantageous to the government.
