1) The Chairman, Procurement Committee Of The Department Of Wildlife Conservation, Invites Sealed Bids From Manufacturers Or Accredited Agents In Sri Lanka For The Supply And Delivery Of Following Vehicles.
2) A Complete Set Of Bidding Document May Be Obtained From Deputy Director (Finance) From 07th August 2008 To 28th August 2008 Between 9.30 A.M. And 3.00 P.M. During Normal Working Days By Bidders On Submission Of A Written Request To. The Director General And Upon Payment Of A Non-Refundable Fee Of Rs. 1000/= To The Shroff Of Department Of Wildlife Conservation.
3) Duly Completed Bids Should Be Sent Together With A Sealed Envelope Marked With "Diesel Single Cabs" On The Top Left-Hand Corner And Addressed To The Chairman, Procurement Committee, Department Of Wildlife Conservation, No. 382, New Kandy Road, Malabe With A Bid Security On Or Before The Closing Time 10.30 A.M. On 29th August 2008. The Bids Should Be Either Deposited In The Tender Box Kept In The Office Of Deputy; Director (Finance) At The Same Address Or Sent By Registered Post On Or Before The Closing Date And Time. Bids Will Be Opened" At 10.30 A.M. On 29th August 2008 At The Department's Conference Hall. Bidder Or His Authorized Representative Could Be Present For This Bid Opening. Bids Received Late Will Be Rejected.
4) The Procurement Committee Of The Department Of Wildlife Conservation Retains The Sole Authority In Respect Of Accepting Or Rejecting Of Tenders And Their Decision Should Be Deemed As Final
5) The Procurement Committee Will Not Be Responsible For Any Cost Or Expenses Incurred By Bidders In Connection With Preparation Or Delivery Of Bids.
