The office of the Executive District Officer Health, District Matiari is inviting applications from manufacturers / importers and suppliers for pre-qualification/ renewal of pre-qualification in the category “For Supply of Medicines / Surgical Sundries/ Disposables/ X-Ray Films & Chemicals for year 2008-09 for hospital use.
Interested firms, having at least three years of good marketing repute and experience are requested to obtain the request form from the office of the District Coordination Officer, District Matiari; PM&I Cell, Health Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi; & Director General, Health Services, Sindh @ Hyderabad on cash payment of Rs.100/- (One hundred) (Non-refundable) up to 16-09-2008 (12 Noon) and submit the same along with full required Information up to 16-09-2008 (2:00 pm). Rs.1000/- (One thousand) will be charged as service charges only from qualified manufacturer / importer. Department reserves the right to accept or reject any / all applications without reason.
