2) Earnest money to be deposited with the Tenders as pay order form any schedule Bank in favor of Director General, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute, Otherwise tender will not be considered as genuine.
3) Quoted rate to be written in figure and in words and only two digits to be used after the point.
4) Selected contractor will have to deposit performance guarantee @ Tk. 10% (Ten percent) of quoted amount before signing the contract.
5) Tender will have to obey all terms of the Public Procurement Regulations-2003.
6) Tenders should study all terms of tender and then sign every page of schedule, which is a must for tenderers. Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason
